"We spent a fantastic 2 weeks at the gite and would thoroughly recommend this property. The facilities at the property are great especially for those with children. The pool is lovely - large, heated, clean. The other facilities were exactly as described. The gite itself is larger than it looks on the photographs and is clean and well maintained. The owners of the property were very pleasant and helpful.
The area is lovely with plenty to see and do for all ages. It is really worth exploring the area as you have the coast, the Pyrenees and lots of history and lovely countryside all within reach. Carcasonne is a must see and the Carcasonne that is only 5km away is great for walking, swimming and other activities. Our children also enjoyed the dinosaur museum at Esperaza. If we were to go again we would definitely drive down and take bikes as there were lots of lovely cycle paths by the canal du midi which runs all over the region. The area is rural and unspoilt and not at all overrun with tourists. It is a good place for a very relaxing French holiday. " |

| "A delightful gite in a rural setting. Revel and castelnaudary well worth a visit, especially the saturday market at Revel. Recommend cycling along the towpath along the canal du midi, with lunch at bram. Good walks from soreze into the lower reaches of the montagne noire. The villages of durfort & saissac worth exploring." |
