THE MED: The Mediterranean Sea is approximately an hour from Les Armengauds. The most convenient (and spacious, even in high season) beach is Narbonne Plage, although there are numerous other beaches to choose from.

Swimming - Dip in the warm Med or just build sandcastles on the seemingly endless soft-sand beach at Narbonne Plage.
